Al Sahraa Businessmen Services LLC respects your privacy and provides users of the Al Sahraa Client App with the ability to request deletion of their account and associated personal data.
Send your deletion request to support@asahraa.com from your registered email address or mention your registered phone number.
You may also request account deletion through the support chat available inside the Al Sahraa Client App.

To protect your account and personal data, we may request identity verification before processing your deletion request.
Certain data may be retained where required for legal, regulatory, contractual, accounting, tax, security, or operational purposes.
Once your client account is deleted, you may lose access to the App and related services, while retained records will remain protected and restricted to the purpose for which retention is required.
Upon successful verification of your request, we will delete or deactivate, as applicable, the personal data associated with your client account.
Certain data may be retained where necessary to comply with law, resolve disputes, investigate misuse, or fulfill accounting and compliance requirements.
Request deletion through support and we will process it after verification.
