Overview

AL SAHRAA helps individuals and companies in the UAE find licensed lawyers or law firms best suited to their legal matter. Tell us the type of issue, preferred language, and any jurisdictional details (Dubai, Ajman, Abu Dhabi, etc.), and we will match you with an appropriate licensed practitioner. We consider practice area, court/authority experience, language and fee structure when making referrals. We do not provide legal advice ourselves; instead we connect you to qualified lawyers and coordinate initial contact or appointments if requested. Referrals are handled confidentially. After you accept a referral we can assist with appointment scheduling, document transfer to the lawyer, and basic logistics such as translating or notarizing documents if needed. To get started, send a short summary of the issue and the documents listed below. We will confirm eligibility for a referral, propose suitable law firms or lawyers, and outline next steps so you can engage counsel directly.

What to prepare

  • Copy of Emirates ID or passport
  • Company trade license or incorporation documents (if corporate matter)
  • Power of Attorney (if someone is acting on your behalf)
  • Short written summary of the legal issue or dispute
  • Relevant contracts, agreements or MOUs
  • Correspondence, invoices or other evidence related to the matter
  • Court or authority reference numbers (if any)
  • Any prior legal opinions or reports

How the process works

  1. Submit a brief description of your legal matter and preferred location (Dubai/Ajman/etc.).
  2. Provide requested documents and identity/company details for preliminary assessment.
  3. We assess practice area, jurisdiction, language and conflict checks to shortlist suitable lawyers/firms.
  4. We send proposed lawyer/firm details and you choose whether to proceed.
  5. If accepted, we coordinate initial appointment, document transfer and follow-up logistics.

Frequently asked questions

How does AL SAHRAA select the lawyers you refer?

We match based on practice area, UAE jurisdiction experience, language, and any disclosed fee preferences. We perform basic conflict checks but you should confirm the lawyer’s credentials before engagement.

Do you provide legal advice or represent clients?

No. We only refer licensed lawyers and assist with coordination. Legal advice and representation are provided directly by the engaged lawyer or firm.

How long does it take to receive a referral?

Typical referrals are provided within 1–3 business days after we receive your summary and required documents, depending on complexity and availability.

Are there fees for the referral service?

Referral and coordination fees, if any, will be disclosed up front. Legal fees for the lawyer’s services are agreed directly between you and the lawyer.

Can you refer lawyers for court or regulatory proceedings?

Yes. We can refer lawyers experienced in court litigation, arbitration, DIFC/ADGM matters and regulatory interactions where appropriate.
